AI Policy

  1. AI Assistance & Generation

    We use Microsoft Azure AI and OpenAI to generate analyses, summaries, and recommendations as part of our GEO audits.

    All automated outputs are reviewed by humans before being published in customer reports.

  2. Confidence & Scoring (ACI)

    Our Artifact Coverage Index (ACI) represents confidence in a site’s readiness for AI search.

    SR (Semantic Richness) and IC (Intent Clarity) on Microsoft Azure AI contribute to the ACI score. This ensures brands receive reliable, machine‑verifiable audit results.

  3. Data Sources & Provenance

    We only analyze publicly accessible URLs (such as robots.txt, sitemap.xml, ai.txt, and JSON‑LD metadata, via a privacy‑friendly proxy) or customer‑provided artifacts.

    We do not use customer data to train foundation models. Provenance is documented so you know the origin of every result.

  4. Human Oversight & Safety

    AI is powerful but not perfect. NeuralBubble JSC includes human verification on reports, cites sources where applicable, and provides remediation steps for issues detected during audits.

  5. Privacy, Retention & Opt‑out

    Audit inputs are processed to produce reports and scores (GRI/ACI). Customer data is retained only as long as needed to deliver services (default retention: 30 days).

    Customers may request deletion of their data or opt out of analytics at any time.
